These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, telehealth platform, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of Services
Atlanta Telehealth provides mental health services exclusively for veterans through secure telehealth platforms. Services may include therapy, medication management, and related mental health care.
Our website and telehealth platform are for informational and clinical purposes only and are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
- If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
- Veterans in crisis may also call the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1).
2. Eligibility
- You must be a veteran eligible to receive mental health care.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and treatment.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable laws.
4. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and environment support secure telehealth sessions. Atlanta Telehealth uses HIPAA-compliant platforms, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to internet or technology issues outside our control.
5. Patient Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate health and personal information.
- Participate actively in your care plan.
- Use respectful communication with staff and providers.
- Follow Atlanta Telehealth’s policies regarding medication management, attendance, and controlled substances.
6. Payment and Fees
- You agree to pay for services according to our posted fee schedule or insurance agreements.
- Any fees, copayments, or balances are your responsibility unless covered by insurance or another payer.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of non-emergency services.
- Most Veterans do not have any out of pocket fees associated to their care with Atlanta Telehealth.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or eligibility for services.
- Use our platform for fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purposes.
- Record or share telehealth sessions without prior written consent.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While our providers follow professional standards of care, Atlanta Telehealth makes no guarantees about specific treatment outcomes. Mental health treatment varies based on individual circumstances.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, graphics, and materials) is the property of Atlanta Telehealth and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atlanta Telehealth is not responsible for:
- Technology failures, unauthorized access, or interruptions outside our control.
- Actions or decisions you make based on information provided through our website or services.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you:
- Fail to comply with these Terms.
- Engage in threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
- Misuse prescriptions, violate medication policies, or receive duplicative controlled substances from multiple providers.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable state and federal laws.

15. SMS Messaging Terms
Atlanta Telehealth may send you SMS or MMS messages related to your care. By opting in, you agree to the following:
- Types of Messages: Appointment reminders, scheduling updates, care coordination, patient support, and limited service-related communications.
- Message Frequency: Frequency may vary depending on your care plan and appointments.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Atlanta Telehealth is not responsible for these charges.
- Help Instructions: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 1-866-450-7310 or [email protected].
- Opt-In: You may provide consent to receive SMS messages during registration or by texting START to 1-866-450-7310.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 1-866-450-7310. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
